DEEP ESTATE is a Los Angeles based independent studio founded by developer Nico Porcaro to create innovative experiences with nostalgic, yet unexpected, themes through immersive gameplay.

The studio’s debut title, WET DREAMS, is an extraction shooter with a party soul, built on themes of adolescence, dreams, and the search for lost loved ones. Blending tactical combat with immersive sim freedom, Wet Dreams invites players into surreal, dreamlike environments where actions have consequences and imaginative world-building serves a deeply personal sense of exploration.
